Shirin Safavian
PARALEGAL
Shirin is an experienced paralegal supporting Casey Little, Jacquetta Wheeler, and Nicole Beges in their estate planning practices. She also supports our team with the formation, maintenance and dissolution of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, including the preparation of routine and transaction-specific resolutions. She is a proud, twice-minted graduate of the University of Washington (go Dawgs!), having obtained both her Paralegal Certificate and Bachelor of Arts degree from UW.
Working with clients as they deal with complex planning issues, during sometimes very difficult circumstances, requires not only experience and technical aptitude, but also a caring nature. Shirin’s personal and professional experience working with various family situations gives her a unique understanding of the difficult decisions clients sometimes encounter. Her thoughtful approach is to treat clients with understanding and compassion. Shirin is known for her ability to problem solve and relay legalese to clients in an understandable manner as well as for her wry sense of humor.
Apart from organizing legal documents, Shirin can be found traveling (particularly spontaneous weekend trips!), exploring Seattle’s live music scene, collecting an absurd amount of plants, and getting lost in a book.
